Is the SnapGrip Ecosystem compatible with my phone?
SnapGrip Ecosystem (SnapGrip, SnapPod, SnapLight, SnapShoe) works on iPhone and Android phones except for flip/ fold phones.
For non-MagSafe phones, a Magnetic Sticker is provided in every package which can be attached to the back of your phone/ phone case.
Can I use the SnapGrip Ecosystem with a phone case?
The SnapGrip Ecosystem works with and without a phone case. You can use MagSafe-compatible cases or cases up to 2.5mm thick.
For non-MagSafe cases, please use a Magnetic Sticker in order to use the SnapGrip System. It is included per package.
How to use the Pro Camera Neck Strap / Hand Strap with the SnapGrip?
The strap does not attach to the SnapGrip. You can attach the strap to your phone case and carry your SnapGrip together with your phone while they are attached together.
Is the SnapPod extendable?
The SnapPod is not extendable, but you could take out the leg and replace it with other tripods so that you could enjoy different heights.
How to take selfies with the SnapPod?
SnapPod does not have a shutter button. You may need to set a timer if want to take photos/videos while your phone is attached to the SnapPod.
